I've created this blog so that I can share with you my perspectives on compliance, records management, and e-discovery controls. I ran global compliance for Cendant Corporation through the company's disaggregation earlier this year. Having spent more than 10 years in the company's law department, I've helped to innovate and streamline compliance systems and processes.

As we become more and more rooted in electronic media, e-discovery issues pop to the forefront of the business news more and more often.
